Clown Fight Get it

You! Third row! Yes, you with the face!

Clown Fight!

Slap your way through the circus.

You've been pulled from the crowd as tonight's volunteer, and the only way out is to beat all twelve clowns on the bill. The funny kind of clown game, not the scary kind: no gore, no jump scares, just slapstick and an awful lot of pie.

How to play

Easy to learn. Hard to stop laughing.

A practice round before the first fight teaches the basics, and the move list is always one pause away.

  1. Get picked

The Ringmaster pulls you out of the third row. Congratulations: you're tonight's volunteer.

  2. Watch the tell

Every clown warns you first. Pip honks: once, block. Twice, duck. Three times, jump!

  3. Slap, chop, kick

Chain your hits, juggle clowns in the air, grab, super jump and slide tackle.

  4. Showstopper!

Learn a super from every clown you beat, then end the fight in style. A pie works.

Frequently asked

How much does it cost?

You pay once on the App Store, and that's everything. There are no ads, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.

Which devices does it run on?

iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. It's one purchase for all three, so buy it once and it's on every device signed in to your Apple Account.

Do I need a game controller?

Not on iPhone or iPad: the touch controls cover everything, and there's a left-handed layout. Any controller that works with your device also works in the game, such as Xbox, PlayStation and MFi controllers.

On Apple TV, fights need a game controller. The Siri Remote works the menus.

Can we play together?

Yes. Circus Parade is co-op for up to four players with game controllers. Versus is for two: on iPad, one player can use touch while the other uses a controller, or both can use controllers. On iPhone and Apple TV, connect two controllers.

Up to six kids can share one device, each with their own look and progress.

Is it scary? What age is it for?

It's the funny kind of clown game, not the scary kind. No gore, no jump scares, just slapstick and an awful lot of pie. It's rated 9+ on the App Store. There's a calmer flashes option for anyone sensitive to flashing lights.

Which languages does it speak?

Nine: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese.

Does it work offline?

Yes, all of it. You don't need an internet connection or Game Center. If you're signed in to Game Center you also get achievements and leaderboards.
